VYBE terms of use
Last updated November 3, 2026
Using VYBE
By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. You need to be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
A free beta
VYBE is free and still in development. Features may change, move or be removed, and there may be bugs, downtime or, rarely, lost data. You can export your log from the app at any time, and we suggest doing so now and then. We may pause or end the beta, and will try to give notice first if we do.
Not medical advice
VYBE shows numbers you log and estimates worked out from them, like maintenance calories, targets and training suggestions. They are general information, not medical, nutrition or training advice, and they can be wrong. Talk to a doctor or other qualified professional before starting a new diet or exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or have had an eating disorder. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.
Your data
What you log belongs to you. You let VYBE store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings → Account → Delete account.
Fair use
- Don't try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around the app's security.
- Don't overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
- Don't upload anything illegal or that you don't have the right to use, in photos, notes or voice notes.
Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or removed.
No warranty
VYBE is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, VYBE and its developer are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, injury, or lost data arising from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under the laws where you live that can't be waived.
Apple
If you got VYBE from the App Store or TestFlight, Apple's standard terms for apps also apply. Apple isn't responsible for VYBE or for supporting it.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app grows; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using VYBE after a change, the new terms apply. Questions can be sent through the App Store or TestFlight listing for VYBE.
